For Foreign Students

For a modest fee, the University of Bucharest will provide dormitory accommodations for all foreign students for the duration of the courses offered during the academic year. On a competitive basis, there will be budgeted or tuition-free slots for foreign students. For non-budgeted slots, the yearly fee for attending Open Mind is around $1000, hence $2000 for the whole duration of the Master program. Foreign students who wish to register for the Open Mind master program should contact the program coordinator for further details.
