The International Summer
School in European Studies offers up-to-date information and presents
modern analytical tools in the field of European studies by using active
and multidisciplinary teaching methods. The discussion at the School is planned
within a format of six course modules and three sets of workshops. The following
courses will be offered: EU Institutions and their Reform; EU Integration
Policies: Public Choice Approach; EU Governance and European Regions in the
Enlarged EU; EU Enlargement: Prospects and Problems; Europeanization and
Globalization; and European Security: Perspectives and Problems. The courses
will be complemented with the following workshops: Euro-Optimism and Euro-Scepticism;
Future European Agenda; and The EU from My Perspective – Case Studies from
the Region.
