Building
on the success of the 2001 School with participants from 11 countries, the
Summer School 2002 offers an intensive, three-week overview course
in public finance and public choice. The level is that of an intensive graduate
economics, policy-oriented course at American universities. The School targets
younger faculty and advanced graduate students of economics and business
in South-Eastern Europe, especially those with interest in public policy.
Research papers produced under the auspices of the School may be selected
for publication in the Center’s international economics journal. The faculty
consists of seasoned international economists.
