The teaching staff of this department are highly trained in the fields of political sociology, social statistics, administration and public policy and political economy, and have a solid experience in the area of formal methods of analysis of political and social phenomena. The department publishes, under the co-ordination of Dr George VOICU, the Political Science Series of the Annals of the University of Bucharest.
