Lecturer Dr. Dușița Ristin

Teaching and reserch areas: Slavic paleography, Old Church Slavonic language, comparative grammar of the Slavic languages, history of the Romanian language and dialectology, Central and South-East European anthropology and folklore, balkanology, teaching Romanian as a foreign language, translations from Serbian and English into Romanian. Currently, I work on a book of Romanian language for foreigners and am updating my doctoral thesis for a forthcoming printed edition.
