- Growth and kinetic measurements of crystals from solutions (KDP, ADP, TGS, LiIO3).
- Technique and crystal growth from melt.
- Studies of crystal growth mechanism from solutions. Estimation of kinetic and thermodynamic parameters (dislocation efficiency, impurities coverage effect, activation energies of growth, etc).
- Non-linear optical crystals, growth and characterization.
- Pure and doped ferroelectric crystals for IR detection, growth and characterization.
- Phase transition in single-crystal and ferroelectric ceramics.
Main achievements
