Information for Independent Students
As an independent student, you apply for courses or programmes at UB individually. You are not part of any exchange or bilateral agreement. Proficiency in Romanian is in most cases a prerequisite for you. A preparatory year is provided to this effect. There are two types of independent students:

En tant qu’étudiant indépendant, vous devez appliquer pour les cours ou les programmes d’études à titre individuel, c'est-à-dire que vous ne faites pas partie d’un accord d’échange ou bilatéral.
Etant donné que la majeure partie des cours sont en roumain, parler le roumain est une condition préalable pour être accepté. L’Université de Bucarest offre une année préparatoire de langue roumaine.
Il y a deux types d’étudiants indépendants :
