Introducere in ingineria tisulara

 

Cursul (14 h) se adreseaza studentilor din anul II de studiu din cadrul Masterului de Biochimie si Biologie Moleculara si abordeaza urmatoarele subiecte:

1. Introducere in ingineria tisulara;

2. Principii de baza ale ingineriei tisulare in vitro si in vivo: componenta celulara (celule stem, celule diferentiate), structura „scaffold” (matrici polimerice), semnale celulare;

3. Biocompatibilitate: teste in vitro de evaluare a biocompatibilitatii (teste incluse in standardele ISO 10993-5; teste de evaluare a interactiilor celule-biomaterial); teste in vivo de evaluare a biocompatibilitatii (testul de sensibilitate, reactivitate intracutanata, toxicitate sistemica, genotoxicitate, carcinogenicitate etc.);

4. Aplicatii ale ingineriei tisulare in medicina regenerativa: Ingineria tisulara a pielii; Regenerarea tesutului osos si ingineria tisulara; Reconstructia cartilajului articular prin inginerie tisulara; Ingineria tisulara vasculara; Ingineria tisulara a ficatului.
