The Summer School work is based primarily on discussion
of various aspects and issues of human rights in Europe, including the philosophical
and ideological sources of their modern conception, the juridical and institutional
forms of the human rights implementation and current political practices
in countries of Europe. The School will be lead by prominent specialists
in the field of political science, political philosophy and public law from
France and Belarus, and offer a combination of lectures, workshops, roundtables
and discussions of the topics: the Principles and System of Advocacy of Human
Rights and Minorities in Europe, and Human Rights in the Countries of Eastern
and Western Europe: Concepts and Practices.
