UB Policy on Cyberspace

 

The University of Bucharest will not publish nor tolerate on its websites materials that:

1. Are illegal or promote unlawful activities;

2. Violate intellectual property rights or other personal rights;

3. Contain defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, profane or harassing communication;

4. Promote deviant culture, violence, extremist views, revisionist opinions on recent history;

5. Promote discrimination based on nationality, culture, disabilities, race, sex, religion or age;

6. Contain depictions of nudity or sexual acts.
